How Sweet It Has Been!

So many wonderful things have appeared at the Market in the last couple of weeks--a grand opening extraordinaire, gooseberries, peas, zucchini, beets and more, oh so much mouthwatering more! There's always something delightful.

Our grand opening was so much fun! In conjunction with the Scott Joplin International Ragtime Festival also in full swing in beautiful downtown Sedalia, we were hopping all morning long. You can see photos like this one (Laugh Therapist Vicki Weaver, Board Secretary Teresa Fowler, Red Hatter/Ragtimer Anna Lee Bail) and more on our Photo Gallery page (just click here!). . .

MySedalia.com and SedaliaNewsJournal.com recorded the events on video. To view, click here.

Alas! Strawberry season has come and gone (we hope to have more soon from Gary's Berries), so hope you stocked up! Next up: gooseberries (just arrived!), blackberries, raspberries, blueberries (ever read that book called "Jamberry?" "One berry. Two berry. Pick me a blueberry.") Ahhhhh . . .

Gooseberries from Share Life Farm. Don't know what to do with them? Save a step or two or twelve and pick up a gooseberry pie from one of our wonderful bakers!

See you at the Market!
